The Fund’s investments in funds, and many of the investments held by the investment funds and certain other underlying funds, are priced in the absence of a readily available market value and may be priced based on determinations of fair value, which may prove to be inaccurate. This risk is exacerbated to the extent that many of these funds may provide valuations only on a quarterly basis. Likewise, the Fund’s investment portfolio will consist of investment funds that hold securities issued primarily by privately held companies, and operating results for the portfolio companies in a specified period will be difficult to predict. Such investments involve a high degree of business and financial risk that can result in substantial losses.
