Princeton Fund Advisors, LLC together with its affiliates manages over 2.8 billion dollars of assets, as of 9/30/2023 and is a Registered Investment Adviser with the SEC. Princeton Fund Advisors, LLC acts as the investment advisor to the Princeton Everest Fund. The Fund’s Portfolio Managers have more than 50 years of combined experience investing in private equity funds.

Portfolio Managers

John Sabre

Mr. Sabre is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of PFA. He has served as the President of the Fund since inception. Mr. Sabre has also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mount Yale since 2003. Prior to 2003, he was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. and Head of the Mezzanine Capital Group. Prior to his position at Bear Stearns, Mr. Sabre was a Managing Director and founding partner of the Merchant Banking division of Credit Agricole. He also was employed in the investment banking groups of Credit Suisse First Boston and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Sabre holds a B.S. degree from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Greg Anderson

Mr. Anderson is a founder and President of PFA. Mr. Anderson is also the President of Mount Yale. Prior to founding PFA in 2011 and Mount Yale Asset Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Mount Yale, in 1999, Mr. Anderson was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Investment Manager Search, Evaluation, and Due Diligence at Portfolio Management Consultants, Inc. Mr. Anderson was previously employed with Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in the areas of estate planning, health care and non-profit organizations, and tax and personal finance planning for high net worth individuals. Mr. Anderson holds a B.A. degree from Hamline University in Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Mr. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
